About the Firm
The most valuable investment you can make in your property is a well-thought-out and detailed set of plans. A well-planned home will meet your precise needs while simultaneously increasing your property’s real estate value.
While wall colors, sofa models, or lighting fixtures can be changed fairly easily, the spatial layout of a home is a completely different matter. The positioning of the walls, the precise proportions of your desired furniture, and a layered lighting plan that supports various functions in daily life—all of these elements combine together to transform a home into a warm and truly welcoming space. Thoughtful spatial planning ensures functionality, not only for the short term, but for many years to come.
The Planning Process
The process begins with an in-depth interview designed to cover all aspects of your home life, down to the smallest details:
-
What are your needs and preferences?
-
Is this a family home, or is it intended for rental purposes?
-
Will it be an Airbnb?
-
Do you have cherished belongings that need a designated space?
-
What kind of lifestyle do you dream of versus your actual daily routine?
-
What vision do you have for your home, and how can we bring it to life?
A well-thought-out plan will significantly ease the next steps—collaborating with the contractor, making informed furniture choices, and, ultimately, creating a home that feels like it was made just for you.

About Me – Charlette Ottolenghi
I grew up in Milan, where I was surrounded and fascinated by the city’s rich design culture—which was always an integral part of my life.
There is something about Italian aesthetics—the sense of proportion and harmony, the way physical space affects emotional well-being—that always spoke to me.
Fifteen years ago, during sabbatical from my work as a psychologist, I decided to explore the creative field that has always attracted me. Soon my passion became my profession and the beginning of a rich second career.
Since then, I have accumulated extensive experience in interior planning and design, completing over 100 projects, ranging from private homes to brand new apartments from developers, as well as offices and commercial spaces.
More than anything, space planning continues to excite and challenge me with each new project, which is why I now choose to focus my work in this area.
Unlike new construction, renovations always come with constraints—fixed elements such as windows, load-bearing walls, and plumbing lines. But these very constraints fuel my creativity. I thrive on the challenge of turning limitations into design opportunities, making each space work at its best.
